Paints decorative TULIP are adapted to the paint different surfaces, the fabrics, glass, ceramics, metal, wood, and paper.

There are adjusted 10 different variants, each providing a different effect(protrusions effect , luminous in the dark , pearl or brocade)and 100 colors.
